Suicide Bomber Kills 51 at Army Recruitment Center in Baghdad

Iraqi officials say at least 51 people have been killed and more than 100 others wounded in a suicide bomb blast outside an army recruitment center in Baghdad.
An interior ministry official said the bomber targeted army recruits Tuesday in the deadliest attack in the country since the start of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan last week.
The blast at the former Defense Ministry building under Saddam Hussein comes amid increased security concerns as the United States prepares to withdraw the last of its combat troops from Iraq by the end of this month
Fifty-thousand U.S. troops are to remain in Iraq to serve as a transitional force.
U.S. President Barack Obama has set a goal of removing all U.S. troops from Iraq by the end of 2011.
